Who publishes this site
Lorcana Market is published from France by an individual entrepreneur registered in France. This notice is issued under articles 6-III and 19 of the French LCEN (law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004). The publisher's name, registration number (SIREN) and registered address are not printed on this page — they are sent, in full and without condition, to anyone who asks for them at admin@lorcana-market.com, and they remain publicly searchable on the French INSEE and INPI registries. The reason is plain: an imprint published in HTML is harvested within days and feeds phishing lists. This withholds nothing from anyone with a real claim, and it does not limit any right you have against the publisher.

Hosting
The site and its database are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus — hostinger.com. Server infrastructure is located inside the European Union. What is stored on it, for how long, and how to have it erased is set out in the Privacy document.
Payments and the site's role
When the marketplace is used to buy a card, payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland, acting as payment institution. Card numbers are entered on a page served by Stripe and never reach this site's servers, which receive the outcome of an authorisation and never the instrument itself.
Lorcana Market is an intermediary, not the seller. Cards listed on the
marketplace are sold by other members, from their own collections. The site connects buyer and
seller, holds the payment until the buyer confirms receipt, and takes a commission on the
completed sale. It does not own the cards, does not ship them, and is not a party to the sale
contract — which is formed between the two members. What each side owes the other, and what the
site does when a transaction goes wrong, is in the Terms.
Trademarks — this is not an official site
Lorcana Market is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed,
sponsored or approved by The Walt Disney Company, Ravensburger AG, or Ravensburger North
America, Inc.
Disney Lorcana, the Lorcana logo, all card names, character names and card artwork are trademarks and copyrighted works of Disney and/or Ravensburger. They are used here for identification, commentary and price reference — nominative fair use — and the copyright in every one of them stays with its owner. Card images displayed on this site are served from Ravensburger's own public content delivery network; they are not copied or re-hosted here. TCGPlayer, eBay, Cardmarket and Cardtrader are trademarks of their respective owners and are named here only to identify the source of a price.
Any rights holder who wants a piece of content removed should write to admin@lorcana-market.com — it will be handled quickly and without argument.
Where the prices come from
Prices, pull rates and market indicators shown on this site are collected from public marketplace listings and combined into estimates. They are informational, not an appraisal and not investment advice. They can be stale, incomplete or plainly wrong for any individual card. Nobody should buy, sell or insure anything on the strength of a number displayed here without checking it against a live listing.
Content and intellectual property
The name Lorcana Market, the interface, the wording, the tools, the games and the code of this site belong to its publisher. The analyses, decks, forum posts and listings written by members belong to their authors, who grant the site the right to display them for as long as they choose to leave them online. Anything a member publishes can be withdrawn by that member; see Privacy for deletion of an account and everything attached to it.
If something goes wrong
Write to admin@lorcana-market.com first — most things are settled the same day, and a message costs nothing. Failing agreement, consumers resident in the European Union may refer the matter to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. French law governs this notice. Nothing written here, on this page or any other, removes or reduces the mandatory rights that the consumer law of your own country of residence gives you.
