Enchanted Memory
Match pairs of Lorcana cards!
These terms govern the use of lorcana-market.com — reading it, holding an account on it, posting to it, playing on it and trading through it. Using the site means accepting them. If you do not, the remedy is simple and costs nothing: do not use the site.
An account is free, personal, and requires a working email address. You must be 15 or over. One person, one account: duplicate accounts made to inflate reputation, votes, leaderboards or the virtual economy are removed along with what they earned. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your account. If you think someone else is in it, write to admin@lorcana-market.com immediately.
The short form is: behave the way you would at a table with other players. Specifically, do not post or send anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual involving minors, or that impersonates someone else; do not spam, advertise unrelated goods, or scrape the site automatically; do not attack the infrastructure, probe it, or try to reach another member's account; do not use cheats, bots or exploits in the games or to manipulate the marketplace. A breach can cost you a post, a listing or the whole account, depending on what it was.
Posts, analyses, decks, listings and images you upload remain yours. By publishing them here you grant the site a free, non-exclusive licence to display, store and reproduce them on the site for as long as you leave them up — nothing more, and nothing outside the site. You warrant that you hold the rights to what you upload. Anything you delete stops being displayed; anything reported as illegal or as infringing someone's rights can be removed, and repeat infringement ends the account.
You must own the item, describe it honestly — set, edition, language and condition, with photographs of the actual card for anything of value — and ship it promptly, tracked, once the sale is confirmed. You are responsible for your own tax situation. Counterfeit cards, proxies sold as genuine, altered cards presented as mint and stolen goods are grounds for immediate and permanent removal, and for reporting where the law requires it.
You pay through Stripe; the money is held and released to the seller once you confirm receipt or after the delivery window closes without a dispute. Confirm receipt honestly and promptly — the seller is waiting on it. If what arrives does not match the listing, or nothing arrives, open a dispute before confirming and write to admin@lorcana-market.com. The site will look at the evidence from both sides and decide whether the held payment is released or refunded. Where a seller is acting as a private individual rather than a professional, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance selling does not apply — it binds professional sellers only.
The site arbitrates in good faith on the evidence it can see: the listing, the messages, the tracking. That decision settles what happens to the money held in escrow. It does not replace your legal rights against the other member, which remain yours to pursue.
The site's virtual currency, game scores, ranks and rewards have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not property. They may be adjusted or reset if they were obtained through a bug, a cheat or a duplicate account, and they disappear with the account.
Everything the site computes — prices, pull rates, trends, valuations — is an estimate built from public listings. It is offered for information and is not financial or investment advice. It may be wrong for any given card at any given moment. Decisions taken on the strength of it are yours alone.
The site is provided as it is, by one person, and can be interrupted for maintenance, a hosting failure, or an attack. No uptime is promised. Within the limits French law allows, the publisher is not liable for indirect losses — lost profit, lost opportunity, the value of a collection — nor for what one member does to another, nor for a service the site depends on going down. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or personal injury, and nothing in it reduces the mandatory rights of a consumer.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; what happens to your data is described in the Privacy policy. The site may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless saying so would compromise an investigation. Pending transactions are settled before an account is closed.
They can change — the site is being built. The date at the top of this page always shows the version in force, and a change that materially affects members is announced on the site before it applies. Continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the new version.
French law governs these terms. Disputes go first to admin@lorcana-market.com, then, for EU consumers, optionally to ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing here removes the protection your own country's consumer law gives you.
